If the password is rejected
Check the keyboard layout and remove accidental spaces. If the password is still rejected, start the platform's password-reset process and use the email linked to the account. Avoid repeatedly guessing credentials.
If the 2FA code fails
Use the code for the correct account entry and check that the authenticator device has accurate time. The security help page explains activation. A password reset and a two-factor recovery are different procedures.
If a page does not load
Distinguish a connection problem from an account error. Refresh once, check the destination address and note the displayed error before contacting support. The mirror section explains how to assess an alternative address without changing the account.
