The official list names Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington and West Virginia. The terms can also exclude other jurisdictions under applicable rules. Use the current operator list if it changes.
Age and identity
The terms require users to be over 21 or satisfy a higher applicable minimum. Registration asks for personal details and identity evidence. A player should use their own name, permanent address and payment method rather than another person’s information.
Travelling and location checks
Eligibility is affected by where the account is accessed as well as where its owner resides. An existing account does not remove location restrictions during travel. If access is blocked, use official support to clarify the account status; changing location information does not resolve eligibility.
Questions and answers
Is Stake the US product?
No. Stake excludes the United States. Stake.us is the separate social and sweepstakes product.
Does an account guarantee access in every state?
No. State exclusions and the current terms still apply to account holders.
