Starting a CAD deposit
The documented route is Wallet, Deposit, then CAD. The process hands over to a third-party payment service where the available payment method and financial institution can be selected. Verify the amount and account details in that flow before accepting the transaction.
Preparing a bank withdrawal
The help instructions require identity verification for an initial withdrawal and explain that a payment method normally needs to have been used for a deposit first. The bank account should belong to the account holder. Keep confirmation emails and transaction references until the payment is settled.
Allow for processing
Banking transactions are not guaranteed to arrive instantly. Official guidance allows up to three business days for withdrawals, excluding weekends and public holidays. A pending payment should be investigated using its reference, not repeated immediately as though the first request had failed.
Questions and answers
Does every Canadian account have CAD banking?
No. Use only the methods actually offered to the eligible account in Wallet.
