Ontario and Alberta
Do not use an international account offer as a substitute for a provincial launch. The current Stake.ca landing page offers a location choice for Ontario and Alberta and shows a coming-soon message. That page is not proof that registration and play are already available.
Other Canadian provinces
The international terms do not name every other province in the same list. That omission alone does not establish provincial licensing, personal eligibility or access to every game. Review the current terms, account checks and applicable provincial requirements before considering the product.
Separate product and payment access
A CAD banking article describes a payment flow, not a Canada-wide permission to play. Account location, identity and the payment options actually offered in Wallet remain relevant. Keep the official product and provincial status separate from general brand information.
Questions and answers
Can Ontario users register through Stake?
Stake currently names Ontario as a prohibited jurisdiction. A separate Canadian product should be assessed on its own current status.
Is Alberta treated differently from the rest of Canada?
Yes. Alberta is also expressly named in the international prohibited-jurisdiction list.
